Kyriakos Mahos

Kyriakos Mahos has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Kyriakos is currently serving as the HSQE Director at Levante Ferries M.C., where they are responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of the company's Safety Management System and managing various aspects such as certification, insurance, and maintenance.

In addition to their current role, Mahos has also served as the Director of Innovation at Newsphone Hellas S.A., where they contributed to the company's IPO and identified new business opportunities. Kyriakos has also played a role as a Scientific Associate at the Greek Parliament, conducting market research and preparing studies related to public advertisement expenses and Greek exportable products.

Mahos has gained project management experience as a Project Manager at Mare Nostrum SA, where they assisted shipowners in acquiring a Ro-Ro Pax Fior Di Levante in Korea and managed shipyard negotiations. Kyriakos Mahos has an impressive education history. Kyriakos started their academic journey in 1977 at the Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Petroleum Refining and Petrochemistry. Kyriakos successfully completed this program in 1982 at the Oil and Gas Institute in Romania.

In 1983, Kyriakos Mahos continued their studies at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. During this time, they served as a Research Associate in the Chemical Engineering Department. Additionally, they participated in the Advanced course of Japanese language at Osaka University in Japan.

Kyriakos returned to the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1985, this time to pursue a Doctor of Engineering (Dr. Eng.) degree in the Chemical Engineering Department. Kyriakos completed this program in 1988.

Later in their career, in 1998, Kyriakos Mahos decided to enhance their expertise in business administration and management. Kyriakos enrolled at the Athens University of Economics and Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2000.
