Kyriakos Mahos has an impressive education history. Kyriakos started their academic journey in 1977 at the Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Petroleum Refining and Petrochemistry. Kyriakos successfully completed this program in 1982 at the Oil and Gas Institute in Romania.

In 1983, Kyriakos Mahos continued their studies at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. During this time, they served as a Research Associate in the Chemical Engineering Department. Additionally, they participated in the Advanced course of Japanese language at Osaka University in Japan.

Kyriakos returned to the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1985, this time to pursue a Doctor of Engineering (Dr. Eng.) degree in the Chemical Engineering Department. Kyriakos completed this program in 1988.

Later in their career, in 1998, Kyriakos Mahos decided to enhance their expertise in business administration and management. Kyriakos enrolled at the Athens University of Economics and Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2000.
