Shari Fischer

Shari Fischer is the Manager of Real Estate Management at NexCore Group. Shari has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Shari started their career in 2005 as a Property Manager at St. John Providence Health System. Shari then worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they became a Facilities Manager at CBRE and held that position until 2015. Shari has been with NexCore Group since 2015 and is currently the Manager of Real Estate Management.

Shari Fischer has a post master's certification in family and couple counseling from Oakland University. Shari also has a MA in counseling from Oakland University. Her undergraduate degree is in psychology and HR from Oakland University. Shari is also certified in real estate salesperson license.

Their manager is Debbie Wedderburn, EVP, Real Estate Management. They are on a team with Renee Boutelle - Senior Manager, Real Estate Management, Matt Krummick - VP, Real Estate Management, and Pat Sisk - Chief Building Engineer, Property Operations.
