Prashant Josse has an extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Prashant started their career as an Executive Chef at Brushmill By The Waterfall in 2010, where they served until 2013. Following that, they joined NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital as an Executive Chef from 2013 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Prashant worked as an Executive Chef. Currently, they are working at NEXDINE Hospitality, where they have held various positions including Chef Director, Campus Executive Chef, and currently serves as the Director of Culinary Operations.
Prashant Josse attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an A.O.S Culinary Arts degree. Additionally, Prashant pursued studies in Hospitality Management at the IIAS Education Group, focusing on the field of Hospitality.
