Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud systems administration and data management. Currently serving as a Storage and Backup Engineer at NexGen Data Systems, Inc. since October 2021, Ryan previously held multiple roles at General Dynamics Information Technology from August 2017 to October 2021, including Senior Cloud Systems Administrator and Linux Storage Engineer. Key accomplishments include automating tasks with Ansible and Powershell, performing security audits, and managing cloud environments. Ryan also has experience as an IT Helpdesk technician at the University of New Orleans and as an IT Specialist for the U.S. Department of the Interior, where responsibilities included maintaining critical databases and web applications. Ryan holds a degree from Tulane University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
