Agnese Pompilio

Agnese Pompilio currently serves as the Group HR Workstream Lead in the HR Digital Transformation Program at Nexi Group since February 2023, specializing in HR operating model redesign, governance setup, and service delivery model design. Prior to this role, Pompilio was the Head of HR Business Partner International at Nexi from January 2022 to January 2023. With extensive experience at SIA S.p.A. from January 2001 to December 2021, Pompilio held multiple senior HR positions, including Head of Organization & Development Management, where responsibilities included managing HR budgets, staff synergies, and policy applications. Pompilio's earlier career includes a role as an Organization Analyst at Winterthur Assicurazioni from September 1997 to January 2001. Pompilio holds an MBA from Profingest in Bologna and a degree from Università di Siena.
