Robert R. has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in the areas of operations, regional management, and dining services. Robert started their career as a Dietitian and Director of Dining Services at Seniors Incorporated in 1996, where they successfully improved performance and customer satisfaction. Robert then moved on to Cura Hospitality as a Dining Service Director, reorganizing the culinary department and implementing operating functions. At Brandywine Senior Living, they served as a Dining Service Director for their largest facility, evaluating financial and operating conditions. Robert later joined Horizon House, Inc. as the Regional Director of Operations, managing all dining service functions and implementing growth strategies. Robert then joined Healthcare Services Group Inc., where they held several roles, including Regional Training and Account Manager, Development Manager for the Mid Atlantic region, and Eastern Region Senior Development Manager. Most recently, they became the Vice President of Operations at Next Level Hospitality Services. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills, as well as a focus on accomplishing corporate goals.

Robert R. has attended Drexel University but the exact start and end years are unknown. It is unclear whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study at the university.
