Lee Legrand

Lee LeGrand has a varied and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies. Lee started their career in 1993 as a Customer Service Supervisor at Ford Credit. Lee then moved on to Arena Auto Auction in 1997, where they worked as a Credit Manager. In 2002, they joined AFC as a Branch Manager. From 2005 to 2013, Lee worked at Dealer Services Corporation, where they held roles such as Director of Operations and Director of Dealer Services. Since 2013, they have been working at NextGear Capital, where they have held various positions including Director of Business Development, Director of Business Services, Regional Director, and Senior Director-Performance Management. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Portfolio Management. Lee is known for their ability to drive employee morale and growth while achieving successful outcomes in complex situations.

Lee LeGrand has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and Economics from St. Ambrose University.
