Juan Muñoz

Juan Muñoz started their work experience in 2013 as a Teacher at Aula Abierta Gesti\u00f3n Educativa S.L., where they designed teaching plans, organized learning materials, and used various instructional methods to motivate students. In 2014, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Colegio Virgen del Carmen, where they designed skills assessment tools and applied them in scorecards and strategic plans. Later that year, they became a Human Resources Generalist at COFARES, where they partnered with hiring managers, screened resumes, and conducted interviews. In 2015, Juan worked as a Training Coordinator at BBVA's Hedima, designing and developing training programs and marketing them to employees. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Office Coordinator at Devonshire Club, and since 2019, they have been an Office Manager and HR Ops at Nexthink.

Juan Muñoz began their education in 2008 at the Universidad de Granada, where they pursued a degree in Sociology. Juan completed their studies in 2013. In 2012, they also attended Freie Universität Berlin for a year, specializing in Sozialwissenschaften (Social Sciences). Following this, in 2013, Juan transferred to the Universidad de Córdoba to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources. Juan completed this program in 2014, with a focus on Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general (Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General).
