Justin Poplawski is currently working as a Program Manager at Nextiva, where Justin is in charge of rolling out new projects and tools for the Customer Support and Success Organization. Previously, Justin was the Manager of Advanced Customer Care at Mitel, where Justin facilitated excellent customer service and implemented new programs to improve satisfaction. Prior to that, Justin worked at JP Morgan Chase as a Customer Assistance Specialist Supervisor III, managing teams and handling escalated customer issues.
