Mary Lee Sharp, Esq., SPHR has a vast experience in the field of Human Resources, having held several high-ranking positions in different companies. Mary Lee'smost recent position is as Vice President of Global Human Resources at NextNav, where they manage all HR functions worldwide. Prior to this, they worked as an Interim CHRO and Senior Human Resources Executive at the GLIDE Foundation for Korn Ferry. Mary Lee also served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at National MI and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Financial Engines. Earlier in their career, they worked as Vice President of Human Resources for Omnicell and as Vice President of Human Resources, North America, for Panalpina, Inc.
