Nahal Amin

Nahal Amin has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Nahal started their career as an intern at Al.Baraka Bank in 2010, where they gained exposure to financing and loan processes. Nahal then worked as an HR intern at Agility in 2014, assisting in recruitment, training, and HR operations.

In 2015, Nahal joined Nanosoft Technologies as an HR Generalist, where they took on various responsibilities such as improving HR policies and procedures, managing the recruitment process, conducting orientations for new employees, handling payroll data, maintaining company hierarchies, and engaging with employees for motivation.

Nahal later joined Symantec in 2018 as a Sr. HR Consultant, where they contributed their expertise in HR strategies and solutions until 2020. Concurrently, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Custom Fusion from 2018 to 2020.

From 2020 to 2022, Nahal worked at Innovative Solutions as an Assistant Manager HR and later as a Human Resources Manager. Their roles included managing HR functions, employee recruitment and onboarding, payroll processing, benefits documentation, and conducting motivational activities.

In 2022, they joined Habib Bank AG Zurich as a Group HR Business Partner, focusing on HR support for the organization until 2023. Currently, Nahal serves as the Head of Human Resources at Nexus Corporation, a position they have held since May 2023.

Throughout their career, Nahal has demonstrated their strong skills in human resources, including recruitment, HR policies and procedures, employee engagement, and strategic HR consulting.

Nahal Amin completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with Honors at Iqra University from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management at Iqra University from 2013 to 2014.
