Shawn Wong

Shawn Wong has a strong background in talent management, learning and development, and organization development. Shawn has held various leadership positions in different companies, with their most recent role being the Head of Talent, Learning, and Performance at Qi Group. Prior to that, Shawn served as the VP of Global Talent Management at MUSIC Tribe and the Head of Organization Development & Learning at Coca-Cola Bottlers. Shawn also has experience in sales talent development, resource management, learning, and development. Throughout their career, they have implemented various strategies, initiatives, and interventions to enhance employee experience, drive talent management efforts, streamline organization design, and execute change management projects.

Shawn Wong holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Putra University of Malaysia, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Shawn has also completed two professional certificates from Penn State Great Valley, one in Organization Development & Change Management starting in 2015, and another in Talent Engagement & Retention In Disruptive World starting in 2017. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in subjects such as coaching, mentoring, NLP, brand image consulting, and human resources management.
