Vaibhav Dalal

Vaibhav Dalal has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Vaibhav is currently working as the Senior Director of Human Resources at nference since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Recruiting Manager for APAC at Amazon until August 2022. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Amazon as a Senior HR Business Partner. Before that, they held various roles at Wipro, including HR Leader for Banking Americas & ROW, HR Integration Leader, HR Business Partner, Head of Fresher Hiring, and Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits. Before joining Wipro, they worked as a Lead Professional in HRM at GE. Vaibhav began their career in 2001 at ICICI Bank Ltd as a Manager of Recruitments.

Vaibhav Dalal completed their Masters of Personnel Management degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University between 1999 and 2001.
