Carl A. Frisk has a diverse range of work experience. Carl A. began their career as a Consultant for the management and recruitment agency Academic Work from 2010 to 2016, gaining valuable workplace experience in various positions and industries. In 2015, they also served as an Exchange Student at Addis Ababa University.
From 2017 to 2021, Carl was a PhD Student at the University of Worcester, focusing on Aerobiology and Plant Ecology. Carl A.'sresearch primarily revolved around Grass Phenology and the distribution of Grass Pollen. During this time, they also worked as a Pollen Forecaster.

Carl A. obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Aerobiology and Plant Ecology from the University of Worcester, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, in July 2017, they completed the 13th European Course on Basic Aerobiology offered by the International Association of Aerobiology, the European Aerobiology Society, and the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
