Aleksandra Kania

Aleksandra Kania has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Aleksandra is currently working as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead - Europe & LATAM at NielsenIQ. Prior to this, they held various roles at Microsoft, including Team Leader - CEE & UR Europe Recruiting Associate and Talent Acquisition Associate CEE. Before joining Microsoft, Aleksandra worked as an HR Assistant at Trenkwalder Polska and as a Consultant at Grupa Progres. Aleksandra also has experience as a Jobmanager and Jobmanager Assistant at Trenkwalder Polska and as a Trainee at Adecco Poland.

Aleksandra Kania completed their Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Silesia in Katowice from 2009 to 2014. Aleksandra then pursued postgraduate studies in the field of Psychology of Transport at the University of Warsaw from 2015 to 2016.
