Victoria Repjeva

Victoria Repjeva has extensive experience in HR management. Victoria began their career as Head of HRD Russia & CIS at DeLaval, where they were responsible for overall HR functions. Victoria then worked as an HR project leader at Renova, managing HR integration and restructuring for two chemical plants. After that, they served as HR Director at an automotive company, where they implemented various HR initiatives and reduced turnover. Their most recent role was HR Director at Nilfisk, where they oversaw HR and admin functions, implemented a new motivation system, and improved internal communication.

In 2005, Victoria Repjeva pursued a Business Education degree in HR Management. Additionally, they attended Moscow State Textile University named after A.N. Kosygin to study Management of Quality.
