Sandra Schmidt is a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales development and management across various technology sectors. Currently serving as BDR Manager EMEA at Nintex since August 2023, Sandra leads and coaches a team of Sales Development Representatives, focusing on funnel conversions and appointment setting. Prior roles include managing Sales Development Representatives at Confluent, leading a sales team at Birdie, and volunteering with the NHS during the pandemic. With extensive experience at Salesforce as Manager of the EMEA Public Sector BDR team and in business development roles, Sandra has developed skills in coaching, strategy alignment, and performance management.
