Thomas Andersen

Thomas Andersen has extensive experience in human resources and leadership, currently serving as HR sjef and fungerende avdelingsdirektør for NITO - Norges Ingeniør- og Teknologorganisasjon since January 2021. Prior roles include HR-ansvarlig for Frisk Utvikling AS, where responsibilities encompassed HR for a group of companies with approximately 550 employees, and a strategic role at SOS Children's Villages International focused on simplifying organizational processes.
