Mervi Rauhala

Mervi Rauhala is a highly experienced Principal Service Designer at Nitor since February 2021, with a robust background in design and project management. Prior roles include Team Lead in Design at Eficode, where Mervi managed a team of 11 designers while engaging in digital transformation projects and service design training. Mervi also served as Lead Consultant at OS/G Communications, specializing in service and business design. Additional experience encompasses positions as Development Manager for New Digital Services at Markkinointi-instituutti, Learning Specialist, and eLearning Specialist.
