David Fergusson GAICD

David Fergusson GAICD has held a variety of executive roles across multiple companies. In 1990, they started their career as a Senior Adviser at the Department of Finance. From 1998 to 2009, they worked at IBM Australia in various executive roles, including State Manager South Australia, Sales Director of System z, and Competitive Sales Leader of Systems & Technology Group Asia Pacific. In 2009, they moved on to HP Enterprise Services as General Manager in Hong Kong. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Non-executive Director at Datavu Pty Ltd, a consulting firm advising on Finance and Shared Services disciplines, Outsourcing, Systems Integration, and other managed services. In 2013, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Rumble Asia, a team of consultants, program and project managers with a wealth of real-world experience. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Managing Director & Board Member at Nixplay (a Creedon Technology Holdings Brand), an IOT company which has pioneered a revolution in the digital photo sphere. Currently, they serve as a Non Executive Director at Nixplay.

David Fergusson GAICD has an extensive education history. David completed a Bachelor of Business in Management at NTU in 2002 and a Master of Information Technology at the University of Canberra between 1996 and 1998. David also completed executive development courses at both Harvard Business School and Boston University in 2008. In 2018, they completed the International Company Directors course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, focusing on governance.
