Alexandra Roth

Alexandra Roth has a diverse work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Alexandra is currently the Global People & Culture Director at NMQ Digital since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Coach starting in November 2020. Alexandra has also served as a Mentor at Collective Brains since January 2021. From October 2018 to August 2020, they were the Head of HR & Corporate Communications Latam & Brazil at MUFG. Before that, they worked at UBS as the HR Head from May 2014 to September 2018. Alexandra has also held senior HR roles at HSBC, including Retail Banking & Wealth Mgmt Regional HR Head and Global Functions Brazil & LAM HR Head. Alexandra started their career in HR at Citi, where they served as the LATAM HR Head - Operations & Technology and the GCB Technology HR Director.

Alexandra Roth holds a Master's degree in Executive Masters in Change Leadership (XMA) from Columbia University, earned in 2017-2018. Alexandra also obtained an MBA with a concentration in HR from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1997-1998. Earlier, Alexandra completed their undergraduate studies at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, where they earned a BSc in Chemical Engineering from 1987 to 1993. In addition, they have a certification as a Practitioner in Executive Coaching from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching, though the year of obtaining this certification is not provided.
