Loth Kroeger

Loth Kroeger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Teacher of Dutch Language & Literature at Vlietland College. In 2002, they joined TNT as part of their Young Executive Program, where they served as a Press Officer and later as a Consultant Central Works Council. They then moved on to ABN AMRO as a Press Officer, responsible for Corporate Communications, Media Relations, and PR. At TNT, they held the role of Regional Manager Internal Communication TNT Southeast Asia. In 2011, they transitioned into the education sector once again, working as a Teacher at Compass International School. In 2014, Loth joined Aegon NV as a Manager of Internal Communications (Global). They then moved to DAS Rechtsbijstand, where they held the positions of Manager Corporate Communications & Marketing Communications and later Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing Communications. Currently, Loth is the Head of Corporate Communications a.i. at NN Group, where they previously served as Head of Internal Communications & Channels a.i. and Communication Specialist a.i.

Loth Kroeger has a diverse education history. From 1995 to 2001, they studied at Leiden University and obtained a Master of Arts in Dutch Studies, specializing in Older Dutch Literature. During the same period, they also completed a second Master's degree in History, focusing on Dutch Modern History and Migration and Global Interdependence. In 2011 and 2012, they attended INHolland University of Applied Science and earned a Bachelor of Education degree. From 2005 to 2007, Loth pursued Law studies at Leiden University, obtaining a Propedeuse qualification. In 1998, they briefly attended Stellenbosch University, where they pursued an Honours degree in Afrikaans Literature & Poetry. Prior to their university studies, Loth completed their VWO degree at Geert Groote College from 1988 to 1995. Later, in 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Science in Corporate Communication at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, with a field of study in Business/Corporate Communications. Lastly, in 2021, they attended Neyenrode Business Universiteit, specializing in Public Affairs & Stakeholder Management.
