Marcel Fokké has a diverse work experience in various companies. Marcel started their career at Getronics as a Business Process Management Consultant from 1996 to 2000. Marcel then joined TwynstraGudde as a Consultant in Marketing and Process Management from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they worked on marketing strategies for financial services companies.

In 2004, Marcel joined ING as a Manager of Marketing for Mortgages at Nationale-Nederlanden Bank. Marcel was responsible for achieving profitable growth of market share and the design and management of commercial campaigns. In 2013, Marcel joined NN Group as the Strategic Transformation Lead. In this role, they are part of the wider MT Finance Transformation department and is currently overseeing the implementation of ESG/CSRD reporting. Marcel also has oversight over 10 business units of Insurance International.
