Ava Cramp has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Server at Bar Lupulus in 2017. In 2018, they began working with Transport Canada - Transports Canada in various roles, including Issues Management Advisor and Event Coordinator, Policy Analyst, Project Coordinator, Program Officer and Event Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant and Event Coordinator. In 2017, they also began working as a Project Manager at Strongvine Visual Communications. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Noibu.

Ava Cramp attended Carleton University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies Honours (B.CoMS) in the field of Communication and Media Studies. In addition, they obtained a ProServe, Liquor Staff Training certification from the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission in March 2015, and a Smart Serve, Responsible Service Training Program certification from The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in June 2013.
