Fernanda Rossin has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Fernanda currently holds the position of Customer Experience Sr. Manager at Nomad, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, Fernanda worked at Nubank from 2016 to 2023, holding various roles including Customer Experience Manager, Customer Experience Coordinator, Customer Experience Specialist, Customer Experience Supervisor, and Customer Experience Analyst. Before joining Nubank, they worked as an English Instructor at Yázigi from 2015 to 2016 and at Wizard from 2014 to 2014.

Fernanda Rossin holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, which they obtained between 2009 and 2015. In 2015, they pursued a specialization in Strategic People Management at INPG Business School, completing it in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Behavioral Economics at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Fernanda has also undertaken various professional courses and certifications. In 2020, they completed a course on Agile Approach and Project Management at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, as well as a course on Data Analysis and Power BI at Escola Conquer. In 2019, they pursued a course on Project Management at Veduca Edtech and a course on Negotiation and Sales at Escola Conquer. In the same year, they also completed a course on Emotional Intelligence at Escola Conquer. Furthermore, Fernanda obtained a certificate in Public Relations/Image Management from Senac Brasil in 2016.

Fernanda has also obtained additional certifications and participated in training programs. In 2020, they completed a training program on Training & Development at Senac and obtained a certification in Performance Management and its Trends from Qulture.Rocks. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge in 2013 and an EDI Certificate in ESOL from ECM – European College of Management in the same year.
