Adedapo Bankole started their work experience in 2014 as a Sales Representative at Upstat Marketing, where they recommended products to potential customers and analyzed market trends. In 2015, they joined Nordia Inc. as a Manager, Customer Success and later became a Team Lead, Customer Success in 2017. In these roles, they were responsible for managing team members and improving customer retention and attrition rates.

Adedapo Bankole completed their education in the following chronological order:

1. Adedapo earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Covenant University. Adedapo attended this university from 2005 to 2009.

2. From 2015 to 2017, Adedapo pursued their Master's degree in International Management at the University of Hertfordshire.

3. During the same period from 2015 to 2017, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Vancouver Island University.

In addition to their formal education, Adedapo obtained the following certifications:

1. In August 2020, they became a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB™) through the International Six Sigma Institute™.

2. In August 2023, Adedapo obtained the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera.
