Johan Hallberg

Johan Hallberg has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Johan began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Teknikmagasinet, a consumer electronics retailer. After two years, they were promoted to the role of Store Manager at Siba, where they successfully managed one of the largest and most profitable stores in the company.

Following their role at Siba, Johan joined Philips as a Partner Account Manager, where they were responsible for B2B sales of electronics monitors and projectors in the southern parts of Sweden. Johan then moved on to become a Store Manager at Computer City, where they were in charge of managing two stores, handling sales and marketing activities, and overseeing all store personnel.

Johan's next position was as an Assistant Store Manager at PC City Sverige AB, where they launched and managed Sweden's largest computer store. Johan was responsible for running the daily operations and leading a team of 20 floor salesmen.

In 2004, Johan joined Sale Nordic, a staffing and recruitment company, where they held several positions over the years. Johan started as a Project Manager and then became a Chief Consultant, responsible for managing the total solution and deliverance of recruitment and staffing services for clients. Johan later transitioned into the role of Nordic Client Manager, focusing on Recruitment & Staffing Solutions for key customers.

Johan's most recent role is at Nordic Retail Group, where they initially served as the Client Service Director, Head of Staffing & Recruitment. In this position, they were responsible for the profitability, systems, work routines, and business development of the Staffing & Recruitment business area. Johan also held direct customer responsibility for some of the company's largest clients. Johan has since been promoted to the role of Client Service Director (Senior Recruiter).

Throughout their career, Johan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and expertise in sales and recruitment within the retail industry.

Johan Hallberg attended Rudbeckskolan from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Economics.
