Kenneth Jakobsen

Kenneth Jakobsen has a diverse work experience in the IT industry spanning over two decades. Kenneth currently holds the position of Head of Business Systems at Nordnet Bank AB, where they started in 2023. Before that, they worked as an IT Operations Manager at Coor from 2022 to 2023.

Kenneth's longest tenure was at Teleperformance Nordic, where they held several roles from 2008 to 2022. Kenneth started as a Team Leader at Teleperformance Technical Help in 2006 and then progressed to become an IT Infrastructure Administrator, Acting Nordic IT Infrastructure Manager, Senior Systems Professional, IT Service Delivery Manager, and IT Operations Manager.

Earlier in their career, Kenneth worked as an Electrician Apprentice at Lytzen IT from 2000 to 2004, focusing on IT networks, telephony systems, and security technology.

Throughout their career, Kenneth has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, handling IT infrastructure and support, project management, incident management, technical sales, and client communication. Kenneth has extensive experience with Microsoft products, virtualization, SAN solutions, and Cisco network products. Kenneth is also skilled in training coordination and delivery.

Kenneth Jakobsen attended Tech College Aalborg from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a High School degree in Electrician. Prior to that, they attended Hjørring Private Realskole, but the start and end years are unknown, as well as the degree name and field of study. In terms of certifications, Kenneth obtained several qualifications, including "Infrastructure and Application Modernization with Google Cloud," "Innovating with Data and Google Cloud," "Introduction to Digital Transformation with Google Cloud," and "Understanding Google Cloud Security and Operations" from Google Cloud Skills Boost in July 2022. Kenneth also acquired an "Ethical Hacking: Denial of Service" certification from LinkedIn in November 2018. Prior to these, Kenneth completed a "Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate" certification from Global Knowledge Training in April 2012 and a "Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Enterprise Administrator" certification in October 2009, also from Global Knowledge Training.
