Bjørn Mannsverk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bjørn Mannsverk has a diverse education history. In 1988, they completed the Grunnleggende befalsutdanning (Basic Officer Training) at Befalsskolen Værnes, with a specific focus on Flyskolen (Flight School). Following this, in 1989, they attended Luftkrigsskolen (Air War College), where they studied Military Operational Art and Science/Studies.

Moving forward, in 1990, Bjørn participated in the EURO-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) program, specializing in Military Aviation. Subsequently, in 1994 and 1995, they completed the Fighter Weapon Instructor Training (FWIT), honing their skills in Special Education and Teaching/Training.

Shifting gears, from 2008 to 2009, Bjørn pursued their studies in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy at Forsvarets høgskole (FHS). Bjørn returned to FHS in 2018, this time focusing on International Relations and National Security Studies.

In between these periods at FHS, Bjørn Mannsverk engaged in other educational opportunities. In 2009 to 2010, they completed the Luftforsvarets Mentorprogram (Air Force Mentor Program), enhancing their personal awareness and self-improvement. Additionally, in 2010 to 2011, they attended the Mindfulness Instruktør Kurs (Mindfulness Instructor Course), which further expanded their knowledge in the field.
