Erik Borge Andreassen

Erik Borge Andreassen has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Erik currently holds the position of Global Head of HR Operations at Norges Bank Investment Management since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Norges Bank from 2009 to 2023, where they served as Head and later Global Head of HR Operations. Before that, they were the Head of Compensation and Personnel Management from an unknown date to December 2019. Erik also held the roles of Head of Business Management from an unknown date to 2015 and Business & Risk Manager from an unknown date to 2012.

Before joining Norges Bank, Erik worked as a Management Consultant at Innovation AS from an unknown date to 2009. Erik began their career as a Business Trainee at Bravida from an unknown date to 2008. Before that, they had a short internship at Astrup Fearnley AS in July-August 2005.

Erik Borge Andreassen pursued their education starting from 2002 to 2006 at the University of Strathclyde. During this period, they completed a degree in Finance & Economics, earning the title of Siv.Øk. In 2004 to 2005, they participated in an exchange program at Hong Kong Baptist University, where they focused on Finance & Economics. Subsequently, in 2014 to 2015, Erik attended the Hult International Business School and acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
