Kristal Johnson

Kristal Johnson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits administration and safety coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Partner and Safety Coordinator at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since January 2017, Kristal previously held the role of HR Benefits Administrator. Prior to this, Kristal worked at Corelink Administrative Solutions as an HR Benefits and Compensation Specialist from May 2016 to January 2017. Kristal's career began at Integrity Windows, where a tenure from May 2004 to April 2016 included roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Benefits Administrator. Kristal's early experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Drayton Enterprises from May 2000 to July 2004. Kristal earned a degree from North Dakota State University, attending from 1997 to 2000.
