Lydia Tay

Lydia Tay, MBA, CPHR, currently serves as Vice President, People & Culture at NorLand Limited, a prominent construction company in Western Canada. Lydia's extensive experience in human resources includes previous roles as Vice President, Human Resources for FirstService Residential in both Western Canada and BC, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, engagement, payroll, and organizational design. Prior to this, Lydia held roles at Purdys Chocolatier, The University of British Columbia, Paper Excellence Group, and Boyden global executive search, demonstrating a strong track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and change management. Lydia holds a Master of Business Administration from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Durham University.
