Marija Pantović is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Global HR Controlling and C&B Expert at NORMA Group since July 2023, Marija previously held the position of Team Lead Corporate HR at BMTS Technology GmbH & Co. KG, overseeing global HR projects related to recruitment, compensation, and employee development.
