Agnes Svensson

Agnes Svensson has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Agnes is currently the Chief Impact Officer at Norrsken VC, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, Agnes worked at Klarna from 2019 to 2022, where they held several roles including Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Senior Organizational Development Manager, and Diversity & Inclusion Lead. Agnes led initiatives focused on sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and financial wellness at Klarna. Before joining Klarna, Agnes worked at SelfLeaders as a Project Leader/Facilitator, where they led leadership and culture transformation programs. Agnes also has experience working at Hand in Hand International as the Head of Programs and Co-CEO (interim), overseeing job creation and women's empowerment projects in Afghanistan and Eastern Africa. Agnes started their career at UNDP, where they contributed to private sector development and resource mobilization. Agnes also gained experience as a Corporate Social Responsibility Intern at Sancroft. Agnes Svensson completed their Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics, with a focus on Management, from 2007 to 2010. Agnes then pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School, where they obtained their Master of Science in Business, Language, and Culture, specializing in Business and Development studies, from 2010 to 2012.
