Sharon Justice

Sharon Justice is a seasoned professional in leadership development and human resources consulting, currently serving as the Founding Director of Justice Leadership since April 2011. Concurrently, Sharon is a faculty member at both the North Carolina Bankers Association and North Carolina State University Poole College of Management, specializing in leadership education and innovative HR strategies. Previous experience includes a role as SVP, Human Resources Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank, leading HR activities across various divisions, and a managerial position at U.S. Cellular, overseeing customer service and administrative operations. Sharon holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from East Carolina University.
