Jodi Broughton

Jodi Broughton serves as the Director of Development and Marketing at North Cascades Institute since June 2014, focusing on promoting environmental stewardship and outdoor engagement. Prior experience includes a nine-year tenure as a Super Host at Airbnb, hosting international visitors, and self-employment in consulting for organizations like Wildlife Media and Conservation Northwest. Jodi held various leadership roles at Conservation Northwest from 1998 to 2013, including Business & Membership Director, overseeing fundraising, membership programs, and communications. Additional experience includes working as an Interpretive Ranger for the US Forest Service and as a Sales Associate at both Basecamp and REI. Jodi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Policy from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts from Edmonds College.
