Xenia Ferraro Prue

Xenia Ferraro Prue serves as the Creative Operations Manager and Associate Director of Partnerships at The Roux Institute, Northeastern University, since October 2021. Previous experience includes a Senior Associate role focused on Anti-Racism and Culture Operations at Achievement Network, where Xenia managed logistics, project plans, and strategic initiatives. Prior positions featured leadership as Special Projects Manager at City Year, improving partnership processes and compliance, and consulting on industrial engineering at PwC and Raytheon, where Xenia focused on process improvement and operational efficiency. Xenia holds a Master of Science in International/Global Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Northeastern University.
