Noelle Pepperall

Noelle Pepperall has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Noelle is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Northleaf Capital Partners, where they built and leads a global talent acquisition function covering multiple offices. In this role, they implemented new practices for scalability and reduced search costs while increasing diversity hires and employee referrals. Prior to this, Noelle worked as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Osborne Financial Search and held roles at LHH Knightsbridge, Accenture, The Bedford Consulting Group Inc., Korn Ferry Futurestep, and Lannick Associates. Additionally, they have extensive committee involvement during their time spent at home to raise a family, where they demonstrated resourcefulness and leadership skills.

Noelle Pepperall completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Humanistic Studies from McGill University in 1993.
