Brian Michaelsen

Brian Michaelsen has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Brian started their career as a Credit Analyst at Midland Loan Services in 2004. In 2005, they moved on to KeyBank Real Estate Capital as an Underwriting Analyst before joining NorthMarq in 2007. At NorthMarq, Brian held the role of Vice President / Senior Investment Analyst, where they underwrote and closed over $3.2 billion worth of loan originations. Their work at NorthMarq has contributed to its status as one of the nation's premier commercial real estate investment bankers.

Brian Michaelsen earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
