Brenda Vaughn, SPHR, SCP, CEC has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Brenda has held various senior management roles, including Sr. Director of Human Resources at NorthStar Anesthesia, Head of Employment Practices at WIS International, Vice President of Human Resources at The LaSalle Group, and Director of HR Services - North America at Mosaic Sales Solutions. Brenda has also served as Human Resources Director at Rent-A-Center and held positions at Avnet, XO Communications, and SWS Securities.

Brenda Vaughn, SPHR, SCP, CEC holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of North Texas and a Graduate Certification in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Brenda has additional certifications including Executive Coach Certification from Royal Roads University, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI.
