Griffin Higley

Griffin Higley's work experience has mainly focused on software engineering and project management roles. They started their career as a Software Engineer at Reeher in June 2018 and then moved on to work as a Full Stack Engineer at Blackbaud from July 2019 to September 2019. After that, they joined Open Systems International as a Software Engineer from May 2020 to September 2020. Griffin then worked as a Software Engineer at northteq from September 2020 to January 2021, where they collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement new features and led the development of robust APIs. During this time, they also adopted FFLIBs Architecture System for OO Design Patterns to enhance code maintainability and scalability. Later, Griffin took on the role of a Sales Development Representative at northteq from February 2023 to April 2023, where they identified potential clients, conducted market research, and collaborated with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads. Currently, Griffin is working as a Project Manager at northteq since April 2023.

Griffin obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Minnesota from 2017 to 2020.

Before attending the University of Minnesota, Griffin attended Minneapolis College from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Mathematics. Additionally, they attended Minneapolis Media Institute from 2012 to 2015, specializing in Recording and Production.

In terms of certifications, Griffin holds several additional certifications. Griffin obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in August 2021. Griffin also completed courses such as "Learning Salesforce for Admins" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "Learning Redux," "React.js Essential Training," "React: Ecosystems," "React: Testing and Debugging," and "Learning React.js" from LinkedIn in 2020.
