Ralph Spradley

Ralph Spradley, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, training, compliance, and operations. Ralph is currently the Head of Quality Assurance at Northway Biotech. Prior to this role, Ralph served as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at STC Biologics Inc. from 2021 to 2023. Ralph was also the Senior Manager of Training and Compliance at Pii (Pharmaceutics International, Inc.) from 2019 to 2021. Ralph has held various positions in quality assurance and operations at Lonza, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Oakworks, Inc, and McNeil Consumer Healthcare. Ralph has also worked as a Research Analyst at Holleran, Director of Operations at Quest Behavioral Health, and Sales Assistant at RTI Technolgies. With their strong expertise in quality assurance and operations, Ralph brings valuable skills and knowledge to their current role at Northway Biotech.

Ralph Spradley, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania in 2005. Ralph further pursued their education at the same institution and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2015. In addition, they obtained a certification called DCORT from the Pennsylvania Certification Board in 2007.
