Jennifer Gatlin, RN, BSN has over 16 years of healthcare leadership experience. Jennifer is currently the Director Of Quality and Regulatory Compliance at Northwest Health System, where they oversee quality, risk, infection prevention, medical staff services, accreditation, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, they worked as a Nurse Patient Safety Specialist at Rochester Regional Health.

Jennifer also has previous experience at Northwest Health System, where they served as the Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance, as well as a Quality Coordinator. In these roles, they provided oversight of quality, risk, infection prevention, medical staff, patient advocacy, and accreditation. Additionally, they assisted with maintaining regulatory adherence, provided assistance to leadership, and managed Performance Improvement projects.

Before joining Northwest Health System, Jennifer worked as a Facility Administrator at DaVita Kidney Care, where they managed the operations of a facility. Jennifer also worked as a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager at Genex Services, where they reviewed workers' compensation claims and made determinations related to treatment and return to work status.

Jennifer began their nursing career at Washington Regional, where they worked as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), overseeing the care of critically ill patients. Jennifer also worked in a similar role at Saint Francis Health System, where they provided care for post-op patients, including immediate post anesthesia care for CABG and heart transplant patients.

Jennifer Gatlin, RN, BSN completed their education in a chronological manner. Jennifer first pursued an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from NorthWest Arkansas Community College from 1998 to 2003. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field of study from Western Governors University, attending from 2015 to 2019.
