Daniel Carrizales

Daniel Carrizales is currently the Head of Delivery, Population Health at Notable. Prior to their current role, Daniel worked as a Partnership Delivery Manager at Nordic Global from April 2020 to October 2022. Before that, Daniel was a Senior Consultant at Oscar Health from August 2018 to April 2020. Daniel also held the position of Manager, Population Health at Healthix from January 2018 to August 2018. Daniel's earlier experience includes roles at Epic where Daniel worked as a Product Implementation Manager and Business Intelligence Developer from July 2014 to July 2017. Daniel graduated from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Music.
