Rachel Hundley

Rachel Hundley serves as the General Counsel and Administrative Services Manager for Novato Sanitary District since August 2023 and previously held the position of Assistant City Attorney for the City of Antioch from November 2022 to July 2023. Prior legal experience includes work as a Public Law Attorney at Meyers Nave (December 2017 - October 2022) and various roles in litigation, including Associate Attorney positions at McDermott Will and Emery and the Law Offices of Vincent M. Spohn, APC. Rachel also contributed to local governance as a City Council Member and Mayor of Sonoma from December 2014 to January 2021. In addition to legal and governmental roles, Rachel co-founded Drums & Crumbs LLC, a mobile restaurant, and has experience in legal analysis and retail. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and multiple Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia.
