Alexandra is currently working at Novavax as the Senior Director of Global Clinical Compliance. Prior to this, they worked at Takeda in roles such as Senior Manager of Clinical Risk Management and Operational Excellence Manager in the Vaccine Business Unit. Before Takeda, Alexandra held positions at Honeywell as the Senior Financial Controller/Transfer Pricing and at OC Oerlikon as an International Tax Specialist. Alexandra began their career at EY as a Senior Tax Consultant and also worked as a Tax Consultant at PwC.

Alexandra S. obtained their postgraduate degree, an MBA, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2021 to 2022. Alexandra also has several additional certifications, including Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from the American Society for Quality in December 2023, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt™ from the International Six Sigma Institute™ in 2021, Clinical Research Associate Certification (CRA) and Clinical Research Coordinator Certification (CRC) from the Certified Clinical Research Professionals Society in 2020, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2019, IASSC Certified Black Belt™ from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in February 2018, and Six Sigma Core Green Belt from Honeywell in 2014.
