Steven Kirkham

Steven Kirkham has extensive work experience in various technical and managerial roles. Steven started their career as an Engineer at DERA in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Steven then joined Visteon in 2000 as an Engineering Manager and remained with the company until 2009. At Visteon, they gained valuable experience in managing engineering projects. In 2009, they joined Aleris as a Manager of Industrial Technical Development Engineering, where they provided technical consulting and field engineering services for various industrial products. Steven gradually advanced within the company and held positions such as Director of Technical Development Engineering and Global Technology Director. Recently, in 2021, they joined Novelis as a Global Technology Director, where they continue to contribute their expertise in technology management.

Steven Kirkham has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons. degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from The University of Salford. Steven also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Additionally, they have completed a CISL Business Sustainability Management program at the University of Cambridge, focusing on Renewables and Environment.
