Katia Felix, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources leader with a strong track record in managing global HR projects and initiatives at Novocure since July 2018. In the role of Head of Global Human Resources Projects and Initiatives, Katia leads project planning and stakeholder engagement while overseeing various HR initiatives aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Previous roles at Novocure include Director of Global HR Initiatives, Associate Director of Global Strategic Development, and Associate Director of Reimbursement and Case Management, showcasing a progression of responsibility and expertise in HR and revenue operations. With over 15 years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment and Social Services sectors, Katia has adeptly implemented training programs and developed processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee retention. Katia holds a Management Certificate in Health and Human Services from Suffolk University and has educational credentials from UMASS Boston and FURB - Universidade de Blumenau.
