Justin Mattingly

Justin Mattingly has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Justin began their career as a Student Intern at Lexmark in 2008. From there, they worked at PaperWorks Industries, Inc. as both a Process Engineer and a Technical Manager, specializing in quality and coatings. In 2014, they joined Caraustar as a Paper Machine Technical Assistant, and later became a Superintendent, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a paperboard manufacturer. Currently, they are employed at Novolex, where they have held multiple roles including Technical Manager for Paper Sourcing & Supply Chain, Manager for Supplier Development and Quality, and currently serves as the Director of Quality and Supplier Development. In their various positions, Justin Mattingly has been involved in areas such as supplier development, category strategy, supplier quality programs, new product development, and material cost reduction.

Justin Mattingly completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Miami University from 2006 to 2010. Justin further pursued their education in Business Administration and Management and obtained an Executive MBA from Xavier University from 2019 to 2020.
