Maria Schmitt

Maria Schmitt's work experience includes various HR roles at Novolex and a Benefits Analyst role at Plexus. Maria started their career at Plexus in 2000 as a Benefits Analyst and worked there until 2007. In 2008, they joined Novolex and held positions such as HR Administrator, HR Analyst, Senior HR Analyst, HR Manager - Converting, and HR Director. Their most recent role at Novolex is HR Director, which they have held since February 2018.

Maria Schmitt attended Silver Lake College from 1998 to 2001 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Neenah High School. In 2002, Maria obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
